We are currently seeking aProcessing Coordinator (m/f/d) for our client in Möckmühlthrough direct placement.

The gross annual salary is approximately €45,000.00.

Tasks

• Processing orders and ensuring on-time delivery
• Efficient scheduling of vehicles for domestic short- and long-distance transport within Germany while complying with driving and rest periods
• Purchase and Sale of Cargo and Cargo Space
• Price and Tour Calculations
• Monitoring Delivery Dates
• Processing of Shipping Documents and Claims
• Point of contact for customers and drivers
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of logistics processes
• Preparation of Analyses and Reports

requirements

• Training or experience in freight forwarding/logistics, organizational skills, reliability, interest in logistics
• Communication and teamwork skills, customer service orientation
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel)
• Good knowledge of German, knowledge of English an advantage
• A Passion for the Transportation Industry
