Tasks

• Machine Operation: You will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating modern CNC milling machines
• Precision Work: You mill metal parts exactly according to technical drawings and specifications
• Quality Assurance: You will monitor the entire manufacturing process and independently conduct quality inspections
• Process Optimization: You will play an active role in the continuous improvement of our production processes

requirements

• Qualifications: A completed vocational training program as a machining technician (specializing in milling) or a comparable qualification
• Skills: Relevant experience in operating and programming CNC milling machines, as well as a good understanding of how to read technical drawings
• Work Style: You work independently and collaboratively, and are known for your high level of precision and commitment to quality.
• Communication: You have a very good command of written and spoken German
