Tasks

• Operation and Monitoring of Process Plants in the Synthetic Raw Materials – Granules Division
• Monitoring ongoing processes and ensuring production quality
• Lead appropriate measures for process optimization in close collaboration with the shift supervisor
• Document all relevant data and ensure compliance with safety and occupational health and safety regulations

requirements

• Successfully completed vocational training in the field, with at least 3 years of relevant work experience as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d)
• Experience working with high-temperature systems, as well as knowledge of troubleshooting system malfunctions and performing simple repairs
• Ability to work at heights and across multiple floors, as well as the ability to handle short-term assignments in high-temperature environments
• Flexibility and resilience in handling a variety of tasks
• Strong teamwork skills and communication skills, as well as a solution-oriented approach to conflict resolution
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP
• Excellent written and spoken German skills
• Willingness to work 3 shifts
• Preferred: Willingness to switch shifts, as well as a forklift and crane operator's license
