Job description

We are looking for a mechanic, toolmaker, or EDM operator (m/f/d) for our client in Stollberg in the toolmaking industry to start as soon as possible. We look forward to receiving your application.

Tasks

• Independent programming based on drawings and data sets using CAM (PEPS)
• Independently setting up the CNC EDM machines (Agie), including all related tasks (maintenance and cleaning, replacement of wear parts)
• Inspection of manufactured parts, including checks for quality and tolerances
• Active participation in the continuous improvement of our internal processes

requirements

• Completed vocational training as a toolmaker, machinist (preferably specializing in mold making), or in a comparable metalworking trade, as well as relevant work experience
• Experience in EDM and the manufacture of complex tool components
• High level of precision and ability to work well with others
• Ability to work independently and accurately, as well as strong teamwork and communication skills
• Very good written and spoken German
• Working in a 2-shift system
• Personal transportation is necessary to get to work
