Tasks

• Recording and posting invoices, receipts, and business transactions
• Independent handling of financial accounting
• Support in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Maintenance of financial and account books and processing of payment transactions
• Invoice Management
• Preparing reports and analyses for management and the tax advisor
• Participation in internal projects and process optimization
• Point of contact for all accounting-related questions

requirements

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification, ideally with a focus on accounting/finance 
• Several years of professional experience in accounting or a strong willingness to learn
• Careful, structured and reliable way of working
• Good with numbers, a team player, and able to work under pressure
• Confident use of MS Office; experience with accounting software is an advantage
