Tasks

• Register workpieces at the terminal, confirm their status, and enter them into SAP
• Transporting Quartz Glass Cylinders with an Industrial Truck or Crane
• Replace tools when they show signs of wear or when work plans change
• Measure workpieces on the 3D measuring station, load them into machining centers, clamp them in place, and monitor them
• Identify malfunctions, fix minor errors, or report them
• Conduct and document dimensional and quality inspections
• Cleaning and Maintaining Machinery and Work Equipment
• Comply with 5S standards and work instructions

requirements

• Vocational training as a machine and plant operator, metalworking specialist (machining processes), or a comparable qualification
• Authorization to Operate Ground-Controlled Crane Systems
• Technical understanding
• Quality awareness
• Basic knowledge of measurement technology
• Basic knowledge of SAP and PCs
