Job description

We are currently seeking a dedicated miller/process engineer (m/f/d) for the milling and grain industry to join a traditional, modern family-owned business in the 77933 Lahr area on a full-time basis, starting immediately.

Tasks

• Independent operation of the peeling or flour mill, as well as cleaning systems
• Organization and coordination of the subsequent filling of goods
• Quality control of the entire product line (e.g., crispies, cornflakes, and crunchy flakes, etc.)
• Preparing the products for shipment to the consumer
• Monitoring of quality and hygiene standards throughout the entire production area

requirements

• Completed training as a process engineer (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in the food industry is a plus
• Willingness to work 3 shifts
• Team spirit, resilience, and a structured approach to work
• Compliance with quality and hygiene standards throughout the company
