Job description

On behalf of our client, a global automotive supplier based near Feldkirchen-Westerham, we are seeking employees for the paint shop (m/f/d) for a long-term assignment.

Tasks

• Mounting and Dismounting Individual Production Parts
• Sanding, priming, cleaning, and masking components
• Compliance with safety regulations and consistent use of personal protective equipment
• Working safely and neatly in accordance with work instructions
• Defect-free production within the specified cycle time
• Inspection of the Quality of Delivered Products
• Identifying and Reporting Potential Sources of Errors and Suggestions for Improvement
• Communicating the Production Status to the Foreman
• Reporting Problems with Materials, Machinery, Methods, or the Work Environment

requirements

• Previous work experience with paint and in a paint shop is desirable
• Experience in the field of coatings/manufacturing is a plus
• Craftsmanship
• Willingness to work shifts and in a physically demanding environment (including lifting heavy loads)
• Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions carefully
• Ability to work in a team and good communication skills
• Self-discipline, willingness to help, and reliability
• Basic knowledge of how to use tools and machines is a plus
