Tasks

• Machine Operation: You will operate and load modern metalworking machines and manufacturing equipment (e.g., CNC-controlled machines, presses, punching or bending machines).
• Process Monitoring: You monitor the smooth flow of production, replenish materials, and independently address minor issues.
• Quality Control: You regularly inspect the finished workpieces against technical drawings, using standard measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers).
• Care & Maintenance: You will be responsible for cleaning and performing simple maintenance tasks on the machines entrusted to you to ensure high equipment availability.

• Experience: Ideally, you should already have several years of professional experience in machine operation or metalworking.
• Precision: You have a keen eye for detail, are committed to quality, and work precisely according to specifications.
• Flexibility: You are fully prepared to work shifts.
• Team spirit: You are known for your reliability, punctuality, and collaborative approach to work.
• Language Skills: Good command of German to ensure a clear understanding of work and testing instructions.
