Job description

We are looking for a dedicated shift supervisor (m/f/d) in the logistics department for one of our prominent clients at the Marktredwitz location.

Tasks

As a shift supervisor in logistics, you are responsible for ensuring that logistics processes run efficiently and smoothly during your shift. You work closely with the team and ensure that everything runs smoothly during your shift.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Planning and organizing daily workflows within the shift team
• Ensuring that incoming orders are processed on time
• Coordination and Scheduling of Shift Personnel
• Monitoring Compliance with Quality and Safety Standards
• Carrying out stock checks and inventories
• Documentation and Reporting of Shift Activities
• Supporting and guiding employees in their tasks

requirements

• Completed training in logistics or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in logistics, preferably in a leadership role (team leader, shift supervisor, group leader, or similar)
• In-depth knowledge of warehouse and transportation processes, as well as proficiency in MS Office and logistics software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, leadership abilities, and the ability to work well with others
• Flexibility and resilience, a confident demeanor, and strong communication skills
