Job description

We are looking for a freight forwarding clerk (m/f/d) for our client to start as soon as possible.

Tasks

• Organization and Execution of Domestic and International Shipments
• Planning and Coordinating Shipping and Delivery Dates
• Communication with Customers, Drivers, and Service Providers
• Preparation and processing of shipping and customs documents
• Monitoring of Transportation Processes and Schedule Tracking
• Processing of complaints and claims

requirements

• Completed training as a forwarding agent or comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in freight forwarding and logistics is an advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Organizational skills and the ability to work independently
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Good written and spoken German
