Tasks

• Planning, organizing, and monitoring domestic and international shipments
• Preparation of shipping documents and customs paperwork
• Negotiations with service providers and freight forwarders
• Coordination and Optimization of Delivery Routes and Processes
• Handling Customer Inquiries and Complaints

requirements

• Completed training as a freight forwarding agent (m/f/d), transport service agent (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Previous work experience in freight forwarding and logistics is a plus
• Knowledge of planning and organizing transportation and supply chains
• Confident use of MS Office and ideally freight forwarding software
• Good communication skills and organizational talent
