Tasks
- Setup, adjustment, and installation of injection molds on injection molding machines
- Setting Up and Monitoring the Associated Peripheral Devices
- Monitoring product quality and documenting process data
- Troubleshooting and Ensuring Quality in Production
- Participation in the CIP (Continuous Improvement Process)
- Shift supervision for a small team working in a 3-shift operation
requirements
- Successfully completed training as a process mechanic, plastics moulder, or comparable specialized training
- Work experience in the injection molding of engineering components, preferably using Arburg injection molding machines and modern handling systems
- A strong commitment to quality and a deep technical understanding
- Willingness to work shifts
