Tasks
- •Responsibility for short-, medium-, and long-term planning of demand, inventory, and capacity—from raw material procurement to delivery scheduling
- •Providing technical and disciplinary leadership to a team of supply chain planners
- •Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, Logistics, and Sales to ensure delivery capability
- •Analysis of inventory, demand, and capacity to optimize the supply chain
- •Coaching and professional development of team members
- •Creating reports and KPIs to monitor the quality of planning
- •Implementation of new technologies to automate and improve data processing (e.g., digital solutions in SCM)
requirements
- •Your ability to confidently work with numbers and analyze data—such as identifying, tracking, and reporting on KPIs—sets you apart
- •A bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, industrial engineering, or a related field
- •Initial work experience in supply chain planning, production planning, or scheduling is a plus
- •Initial leadership experience or strong leadership skills
- •Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., NAV, SAP APO, SAP IBP, Oracle, or similar)
- •Analytical thinking and a structured approach to work
- •Strong communication and teamwork skills
