Tasks

• •Responsibility for short-, medium-, and long-term planning of demand, inventory, and capacity—from raw material procurement to delivery scheduling
• •Providing technical and disciplinary leadership to a team of supply chain planners
• •Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, Logistics, and Sales to ensure delivery capability
• •Analysis of inventory, demand, and capacity to optimize the supply chain
• •Coaching and professional development of team members
• •Creating reports and KPIs to monitor the quality of planning
• •Implementation of new technologies to automate and improve data processing (e.g., digital solutions in SCM)

requirements

• •Your ability to confidently work with numbers and analyze data—such as identifying, tracking, and reporting on KPIs—sets you apart
• •A bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, industrial engineering, or a related field
• •Initial work experience in supply chain planning, production planning, or scheduling is a plus
• •Initial leadership experience or strong leadership skills
• •Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., NAV, SAP APO, SAP IBP, Oracle, or similar)
• •Analytical thinking and a structured approach to work
• •Strong communication and teamwork skills
