Tasks

• Existing and New Customer Management
• Customer service by phone, order taking, and order processing
• Follow-up and Documentation of Phone Calls 
• Contract Processing
• New Customer Acquisition in the Pharmacy Sector
• Advice on Offers
• Close collaboration with the purchasing department

requirements

• Completed business training with work experience and a background in customer service 
• Initial experience in sales and telephone-based customer acquisition/outbound calls
• Experience in a pharmacy setting is a plus
• Good MS Office skills
• Reliable, communicative, dedicated, and able to work independently
