We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist (m/f/d) for a well-known client in Salzgitter Bad.

Tasks

• Planning, Oversight, and Acceptance of Quality-Related Projects
• Creation and maintenance of detailed inspection plans, including inspection methods, inspection equipment, inspection criteria, and acceptable deviations
• Planning and conducting interim and final inspections in production based on existing inspection plans
• Recording and documenting quality deviations and preparing corresponding error reports
• Ensuring and documenting all quality inspections specified in the test plan
• Planning and support for the procurement of necessary test and measurement equipment
• Preparation of test reports for assemblies and complete units
• Conducting acceptance testing on assemblies and complete units
• Conducting error analyses in close collaboration with the relevant departments
• Preparation and Conduct of Customer Acceptance Tests
• Support in the qualification and evaluation of suppliers
• Application of common quality assurance methods and tools, such as FMEA

requirements

• Completed technical vocational training, ideally supplemented by continuing education in the field of quality assurance
• VT2 and PT2 certification in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9712, as well as advanced training to become a quality assurance specialist, is desirable
• Work experience in quality assurance or in comparable technical fields
• Proficiency in using ERP systems
• A structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented approach to work
• Independence, initiative, and a sense of responsibility
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to take occasional business trips to visit customers and suppliers
• Good knowledge of English is an advantage
• A clean criminal record
