Tasks

At the Schweinfurt location, your responsibilities will include the following, among others.

• Defining and implementing the Group's future IT strategy, as well as standardizing and optimizing IT processes, systems, and architectures
• Strategic expansion of the Microsoft environment with Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, Power BI, and other business-critical applications
• Development of a group-wide AI strategy and evaluation of suitable applications for artificial intelligence
• Overall responsibility for the IT infrastructure, system landscape, and IT organization, including ensuring secure and cost-effective IT operations at all domestic and international locations
• Implementation of Information Security, Data Protection, Compliance, and Governance
• Technical and disciplinary leadership, professional development, and motivation of the international IT team
• Management of external IT service providers and technology partners, as well as planning, managing, and monitoring the IT budget and investments

requirements

• A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or business informatics, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in IT management, preferably within an internationally oriented medium-sized company
• In-depth expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, and Power BI
• Practical experience in managing IT and digital transformation processes, as well as knowledge of IT security and data protection
• Extensive leadership experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and excellent German and English language skills
