Tasks
At the Schweinfurt location, your responsibilities will include the following, among others.
- Defining and implementing the Group's future IT strategy, as well as standardizing and optimizing IT processes, systems, and architectures
- Strategic expansion of the Microsoft environment with Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, Power BI, and other business-critical applications
- Development of a group-wide AI strategy and evaluation of suitable applications for artificial intelligence
- Overall responsibility for the IT infrastructure, system landscape, and IT organization, including ensuring secure and cost-effective IT operations at all domestic and international locations
- Implementation of Information Security, Data Protection, Compliance, and Governance
- Technical and disciplinary leadership, professional development, and motivation of the international IT team
- Management of external IT service providers and technology partners, as well as planning, managing, and monitoring the IT budget and investments
requirements
- A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or business informatics, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in IT management, preferably within an internationally oriented medium-sized company
- In-depth expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, and Power BI
- Practical experience in managing IT and digital transformation processes, as well as knowledge of IT security and data protection
- Extensive leadership experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and excellent German and English language skills
