Tasks
- You will independently and precisely manufacture individual parts and small production runs based on technical drawings
- You will set up and operate our modern CNC lathes safely
- You will monitor ongoing production processes and independently perform dimensional and quality inspections
- You will perform the final inspection of the finished workpieces and carry out rework as needed
- You'll contribute your experience and ideas to continuously improve manufacturing processes and quality standards
requirements
- You have completed an apprenticeship as a machinist (m/f/d), lathe operator (m/f/d), or hold a comparable qualification
- You have experience operating CNC lathes, ideally with FANUC and Okuma controls
- You work responsibly, carefully, and with a focus on quality
- You have a good understanding of technology and an eye for detail
- You are reliable, a team player, and able to work independently
