Tasks

  • Independently managing and overseeing complex HVAC projects—from the initial customer contact through planning to successful handover
  • Providing our customers with expert technical and business advice, as well as developing tailor-made solutions
  • A central point of contact between clients, the office, and the construction site to ensure smooth project execution
  • Gathering, analyzing, and aligning customer requirements as the foundation for successful project implementation
  • Creating, Calculating, and Tracking Quotes
  • Comprehensive project planning, coordination, and cost estimation
  • Capacity planning and management, as well as the optimal allocation of personnel and resources
  • On-site construction management with responsibility for schedules, quality, cost-effectiveness, and smooth execution
  • Ensuring that project documentation is complete and in order, including acceptance reports and relevant supporting documentation

requirements

  • Successfully completed vocational training in the field of plumbing, heating, and air conditioning (SHK), ideally supplemented by further training to become a technician, master craftsman, or business specialist, or a degree in utility engineering or building services engineering (TGA)
  • Several years of professional experience in construction or project management—ideally at a contracting firm specializing in plumbing, heating, and air conditioning (SHK), an engineering firm, or a building services provider
  • Experience in technical leadership and the coordination of employees, subcontractors, and trades
  • Confidently handling the responsibility for project execution that meets deadlines, quality standards, and budget
  • In-depth knowledge of the relevant standards, guidelines, and legal requirements in the HVAC and building services engineering fields, as well as a strong business acumen
  • A strong focus on customers, quality, and service, combined with a professional and courteous demeanor
  • Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and confident negotiation skills
  • A structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work, combined with an entrepreneurial mindset and approach
  • A leader with a modern understanding of leadership and strong coordination and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and excellent written and spoken German skills
  • Openness to change, a passion for continuous growth, and respectful, constructive collaboration
