Tasks

• Manufacturing components for high-precision positioning systems on CNC machine tools in a two-shift operation
• Installation, Operation, and Monitoring of the Systems
• Ongoing process monitoring in accordance with specifications
• Conducting quality controls using testing and measuring equipment
• Maintenance of Machine Tools

requirements

• Completed training as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), CNC miller (m/f/d), precision mechanic (m/f/d), or toolmaker (m/f/d)
• Practical Experience in 5-Axis Milling
• Team player, able to work independently, structured approach to work, strong commitment to quality
• Extensive expertise in operating conventional machines and in general metalworking
• Knowledge of the Heidenhain TNC 430, iTNC 530, and TNC 640 control systems is desirable
• Good written and spoken German
