Tasks

• Independent quality inspection of high-precision machined parts upon receipt, during production, and prior to shipment
• Conducting and documenting measurements, as well as preparing measurement and test reports
• Operation and Programming of 3D Coordinate Measuring Machines
• Analyzing and processing customer complaints, as well as assisting with root cause analysis and the optimization of manufacturing processes
• Close collaboration with manufacturing, work planning, and production to ensure consistently high product quality

requirements

• Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), machining mechanic (m/f/d), or a comparable technical training program
• Training to become a quality inspector (m/f/d) or quality specialist (m/f/d) is required
• In-depth knowledge of machining, as well as a good understanding of manufacturing processes and technical drawings
• Experience in quality assurance and in working with measuring and testing equipment
• Careful, independent, and structured approach to work
• Ability to work as part of a team, a sense of responsibility, and a strong commitment to quality
