Tasks
- Performing maintenance, inspection, and repair work on machinery and technical equipment
- Independently analyze, diagnose, and resolve malfunctions to ensure a smooth production process
- Organization and Administration of Spare Parts Management
- Close collaboration and coordination with technical management, as well as with internal departments, suppliers, and external service providers
- Implementation and monitoring of statutory and operational safety requirements for existing facilities and new investments
- Collaboration with the occupational safety and fire safety officers, as well as implementation of the corresponding measures at the site
- Ensuring and documenting the necessary job-related training for employees
- Collaboration in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of technical projects
- Participation in on-call duty on a rotating basis approximately every two to three weeks
- The on-call shift ends no later than 12:00 a.m. Since production generally takes place Monday through Friday, weekend shifts are the exception and occur only rarely.

- Successful completion of an apprenticeship in electrical engineering, e.g., as an electronics technician (m/f/d) specializing in industrial or automation technology, an electrician (m/f/d), a mechatronics technician (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification
- Work experience in the maintenance, repair, or servicing of machinery and technical equipment
- Technical understanding, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for troubleshooting
- An independent, structured, and quality-oriented approach to work, as well as a strong sense of responsibility
- Team spirit, dedication, and a reliable, solution-oriented approach to work
