Tasks

• Planning, developing, and conducting technical product training sessions on image processing systems
• Communicating complex technical content in a practical, understandable, and target-audience-appropriate manner
• Training for customers, sales partners, and internal employees—in Freiburg, on-site at the customer’s location, or online
• Creation and ongoing development of training materials, presentations, instructions, and digital learning formats
• Assisting customers with the commissioning, configuration, and use of the systems
• Close collaboration with product management, development, sales, and service
• Gathering customer feedback and providing valuable insights for the further development of products and processes
• Representing the company at workshops, client meetings, and industry events

requirements

• A bachelor's degree in engineering or comparable training in electrical engineering, mechatronics, automation engineering, computer science, or mechanical engineering
• Ideally, experience with industrial image processing, camera technology, sensors, lighting systems, or automation solutions
• A passion for robotics, image processing, and innovative technologies
• Previous experience as a trainer, application engineer, training instructor, or in technical support is a plus
• A confident, communicative, and customer-focused demeanor
• An independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
• A passion for conveying technical knowledge in a clear and practical way
• Good written and spoken German and English language skills
• Willingness to travel for training and client assignments
• Proficiency in using common presentation and training tools
