Tasks

• Independent processing of production orders on modern 3- and 5-axis CNC coordinate grinding machines
• Programming of new geometries and transition to mass production
• Technical contact person for all matters related to CNC coordinate grinding
• Support for the maintenance, repair, and optimization of machines, tools, and workstations
• Close collaboration with Quality Assurance regarding test and measurement equipment
• Collaborate on the selection, implementation, and optimization of new machines, tools, and fixtures
• Contributing to the further development of manufacturing processes and ensuring compliance with quality and occupational safety standards

requirements

• Completed technical training with additional training to become a technician (m/f/d) or master craftsman (m/f/d) in the field of precision engineering or a comparable field
• Qualifications as an instructor (m/f/d), coach (m/f/d), or trainer (m/f/d) are a plus
• Several years of experience working with 3- and 5-axis CNC machining centers
• Ideally, experience in working with glass, ceramics, or similar high-performance materials
• In-depth knowledge of the manufacturing of complex precision components
• Strong technical understanding of CNC technology as well as machine and tool optimization
• A structured, independent, and quality-oriented approach to work
• Strong communication skills and a passion for working as part of a team
• Willingness to work shifts
• Good knowledge of German (at least B2)
