Tasks
- Independent processing of production orders on modern 3- and 5-axis CNC coordinate grinding machines
- Programming of new geometries and transition to mass production
- Technical contact person for all matters related to CNC coordinate grinding
- Support for the maintenance, repair, and optimization of machines, tools, and workstations
- Close collaboration with Quality Assurance regarding test and measurement equipment
- Collaborate on the selection, implementation, and optimization of new machines, tools, and fixtures
- Contributing to the further development of manufacturing processes and ensuring compliance with quality and occupational safety standards
requirements
- Completed technical training with additional training to become a technician (m/f/d) or master craftsman (m/f/d) in the field of precision engineering or a comparable field
- Qualifications as an instructor (m/f/d), coach (m/f/d), or trainer (m/f/d) are a plus
- Several years of experience working with 3- and 5-axis CNC machining centers
- Ideally, experience in working with glass, ceramics, or similar high-performance materials
- In-depth knowledge of the manufacturing of complex precision components
- Strong technical understanding of CNC technology as well as machine and tool optimization
- A structured, independent, and quality-oriented approach to work
- Strong communication skills and a passion for working as part of a team
- Willingness to work shifts
- Good knowledge of German (at least B2)
