Tasks
- Performing installations and repairs in building systems
- Conducting DGUV inspections on stationary equipment
- Identification and Resolution of Malfunctions in Home and Building Systems
- New Installations of Electrical Equipment
- Electronic maintenance and servicing of building systems according to maintenance schedules, including documentation
- Organizing and procuring the necessary materials for one's own area of responsibility
requirements
- Completed vocational training as an electronics technician (m/f/d) specializing in industrial engineering, energy and building systems, building management, or a comparable qualification with professional experience
- Organizational skills combined with a strong hands-on approach
- Work experience in facility management or building systems engineering
- Knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of KNX is desirable
- A structured, conscientious, and highly independent approach to work
- Good communication skills
- Class B driver's license
- Good knowledge of German
