Tasks
- Help Shape Control Systems: You will develop sophisticated PLC programs and visualizations for modern machines and systems
- Bringing Technology to Life: You will be responsible for commissioning machines and systems—from initial testing to a successful start of production
- Robotics Programming: You configure and program industrial robots and ensure that automated processes run smoothly
- Optimizing Drives: You configure frequency inverters and servo axes to ensure precise and reliable drive technology
- Ensuring Safety: You program, test, and verify safety control systems in accordance with current requirements
- Further Developing Standards: You optimize and expand visualizations for standard machines, thereby contributing to the continuous improvement of the solutions
- Intelligently networking systems: They seamlessly integrate innovative third-party products such as cameras, printers, and other components into the systems
- Support the service department: You will use your expertise to provide the service department with competent assistance on technical issues
requirements
- Solid Education: You have completed a technical training program or a degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, automation, or a comparable field
- PLC Expertise: You have strong knowledge of PLC programming—ideally using Siemens Step 7—as well as the creation and further development of visualization systems, preferably Siemens WinCC.
- Programming Skills: Ideally, you have experience with a high-level programming language, such as Visual C++
- Robotics Expertise: Experience in programming and commissioning industrial robots, such as KUKA, is a plus
- Understanding of Processes: You understand complex machine operations and production processes and can quickly grasp technical concepts
- Flexibility: You are willing to travel occasionally for work and will also support our projects directly on-site
- Strong communication skills: A good command of English enables you to communicate confidently in an international technical environment
