Tasks

  • Precision Assembly: You will independently assemble and inspect high-precision small assemblies, ensuring the highest quality standards
  • Work with a steady hand: You will be working under a microscope and in sensitive production environments, including cleanroom conditions
  • Preparing Workstations Perfectly: You set up assembly fixtures and workstations, reconfigure them, and make any necessary adjustments
  • Focus on Quality: You will perform visual, functional, and quality inspections and identify deviations early on
  • Help shape production processes: You will independently handle production orders, from material procurement and workstation setup to assisting with prototypes and test runs
  • Structured Documentation: You ensure comprehensive documentation and play an active role in the implementation of new processes and systems

requirements

  • Completed technical vocational training as a precision machinist (m/f/d), medical device technician (m/f/d), dental technician (m/f/d), or in a comparable technical profession
  • Several years of professional experience in precision assembly, ideally in medical technology or a comparable regulated manufacturing environment
  • Strong fine motor skills and manual dexterity, as well as a good technical understanding of assemblies, materials, tolerances, and manufacturing processes
  • A meticulous, structured, and independent approach to work, as well as a strong commitment to quality
  • Team spirit, reliability, and strong written and spoken German language skills
  • Willingness to work shifts
