Tasks

• Setup and Configuration of Conventional and CNC Machines
• Prepare and calibrate tools and measuring equipment
• Load, run, and correct CNC programs as needed
• Prepare materials and clamp workpieces properly
• Set Cutting Parameters and Machining Parameters
• Monitor and Optimize Manufacturing Processes
• Manufacturing, Inspecting, and Measuring Components
• Conduct and document quality controls
• Identifying and Resolving Errors, Malfunctions, and Tool Wear
• Change Tools and Correct Setting Data
• Planning and Managing Orders and Production Sequences
• Set up tools and equipment on your own
• Contribute to process and quality improvements
• Report Machine Malfunctions and Assist with Repairs
• Perform maintenance, repair, and cleaning tasks
• Reduce machine downtime and production downtime

requirements

• Completed training as a machining mechanic (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
• Sound professional experience
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in the field of automatic turning
• Experience working with CNC-controlled and conventional machine tools
• Safe handling of measuring and testing equipment
• Strong technical understanding and a keen focus on quality
• Independent, careful and reliable way of working
• Willingness to work early and late shifts
• Mobility is required; having your own car is an advantage
