Skilled Worker (m/f/d) for Semiconductor Assembly

Job description

On behalf of our client, one of the global market leaders in the electronics and chemical industries, we are seeking an experienced mechatronics engineer (m/f/d) or someone with comparable qualifications to work as a skilled worker (m/f/d) in assembly and precision optics at the Göttingen location, to start as soon as possible.

Tasks

• Precision processing of optical fibers and mechanical and optical components into complex assemblies under cleanroom conditions
• Alignment of optomechatronic systems in a cleanroom
• Quality Inspection of the Manufactured Systems
• Operation of Software-Based Test and Measurement Equipment
• Evaluation and documentation of test results in accordance with customer specifications 

requirements

• Completed vocational training or a qualification in mechatronics, precision optics, precision engineering, or a comparable technical field 
• Alternatively, practical experience in roles that require a high degree of fine motor skills—including non-technical occupations 
• Confidence in handling sensitive materials and a passion for challenging, detail-oriented assembly work 
• A strong commitment to quality and a passion for working in a manufacturing environment with a strong emphasis on craftsmanship 
• Basic PC Skills
