Tasks
- You are responsible for ensuring that your shift meets its daily performance, quality, and productivity targets
- You will oversee the operational staffing in the areas of order picking, packaging, and box assembly, and ensure optimal resource planning.
- You ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly, resolve operational issues on your own, and coordinate with external service providers or technicians as needed.
- You ensure that all necessary work supplies are available at all times and are responsible for ordering and managing consumables and work materials
- You'll train new employees, provide training to the team in the various warehouse areas, and promote flexible staffing
- You are responsible for recording and managing inventory levels, as well as creating picking orders
requirements
- A completed vocational training program in warehouse logistics, logistics, or a comparable qualification
- You have practical experience in warehouse logistics and are familiar with the requirements of a dynamic warehouse operation
- Ideally, you have already gained some initial experience in managing a team or scheduling employees
- Proficiency in German; knowledge of English is a plus
- You stand out thanks to your friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and enthusiasm for working as part of a team
- You are willing to work a two-shift schedule (early and late shifts)
