Tasks

• Operation and Monitoring of the Concrete Mixing Plant
• Production of concrete according to specified formulas
• Ensuring the supply of materials (cement, aggregates, water, and admixtures)
• Monitoring and Documentation of Mixing Processes
• Conducting quality controls and sampling
• Cleaning, Maintenance, and Care of the Mixing System
• Troubleshooting minor issues and providing maintenance support
• Compliance with Quality, Environmental, and Safety Regulations
• Collaborate with production management, machine operators, and the sorting facility to ensure a smooth production process.

requirements

• Completed technical or vocational training is a plus
• Technical understanding and an interest in production facilities
• Experience in the concrete or building materials industry is preferred
• Independent and responsible way of working
• Willingness to work shifts
• Ability to work in a team and reliability
• Forklift license an advantage
• Good German language skills due to on-site workplace safety requirements
