Tasks
- The link between the AI software, the robot, and the physical retail environment
- Processing MDE Tasks: Continuously monitor the handheld device (mobile data collection) for new messages from the robot.
- Physical Resolution: Locate the reported shelf locations and resolve the issue (e.g., retrieve items from the warehouse and restock them, bring items forward, correct price tags).
- A meticulous comparison between the AI's report and the actual situation on the shelf.
- Error Documentation: Detailed and structured reporting of software and hardware errors using a specified tool.
- Manual Audits (Baselines): Manually scanning a specified number of meters of shelving at defined intervals to establish a “baseline.”
- Robot Monitoring: Basic monitoring of the robot as it moves
requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse, retail, or quality control is a plus, but not required
- Careful and reliable way of working
- Ability to work in a team and commitment
- Physical Stamina Required for Stocking Shelves
- Willingness to work shifts (up to a 2-shift schedule)
- Basic knowledge of how to use digital tools is desirable
