Job description

We are currently seeking machine operators/plant operators (m/f/d) for our client in Heilbronn, to start immediately.

Tasks

• Operation, Control, and Monitoring of Mixing and Production Systems
• Receiving and Inspecting Raw Materials 
• Storage and Provision of Raw Materials for Production
• Preparation and Execution of Product Manufacturing
• Manufacture of intermediate and finished products according to specified formulas
• Monitoring the entire production process
• Conducting quality control checks on raw materials and finished products
• Analysis of raw materials and finished goods, including using NIR technology
• Identifying and Troubleshooting Minor Malfunctions in Machinery and Equipment
• Performing maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep tasks
• Receiving, storing, and loading finished products
• Documentation of production and quality data
• Compliance with occupational safety, hygiene, and quality regulations
• Work in a 3-shift system

requirements

• Vocational training, such as in machine and plant operation, is a plus, but we also welcome experienced professionals and career changers
• Willingness to work 3 shifts
• Basic PC knowledge
• Reliability and resilience
• German spoken and written
• A forklift license is not required, but it is an advantage
