Tasks

• Grounds Maintenance: Regularmaintenance, sweeping, and cleanup of the entire outdoor area, traffic areas, and access roads.
• Material Handling and Warehouse Work: Assisting with the loading and unloading, sorting, stacking, and transporting of materials outdoors.
• Handyman Services: Assistance with minor repair, maintenance, and renovation work on fences, gates, and outdoor structures.

• Weather-resistant and active: You enjoy working outdoors in nature or under the open sky, and you don't let changeable weather deter you.
• Manual dexterity: You know how to use tools and where work needs to be done.
• Reliability: You work independently and conscientiously, and are a dependable team player.
• Language: Good written and spoken German skills to ensure clear communication.
