Job description

We are currently seeking machine operators (m/f/d) for our client in Neckarsulm, starting immediately.

Tasks

• Operation and monitoring of production machines and systems
• Setting up or preparing the machines for the production process
• Loading the machines with material and removing the finished parts
• Monitoring the production process and machine settings
• Carrying out visual and quality checks
• Identifying, Reporting, and Resolving Minor Malfunctions
• Tool or material changes as specified
• Performing simple maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep tasks
• Support for Maintenance Work
• Documentation of production and quality data
• Compliance with occupational safety, environmental, and quality regulations
• Ensure order and cleanliness in the workplace
• Collaboration with colleagues from Production, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance

requirements

• Experience in machine operation or production is a plus
• Technical understanding and confident handling of production machinery
• Three-shift coverage should be available
• Careful, reliable and independent way of working
• Commitment to quality, particularly in visual and dimensional inspections
• Ability to identify simple machine malfunctions and, if necessary, resolve them
• Willingness to perform cleaning, maintenance, and tool-changing tasks
• Ability to work in a team
• Good knowledge of German, depending on the specific position
• Training as a machine and plant operator, industrial mechanic, machining technician, or in a comparable field is an asset
• Crane license an advantage
