Tasks
- You will visit our customers on-site to provide technical service, perform installations, offer technical consulting, and conduct demonstrations and training sessions for our autonomous cleaning solutions
- Assistance/Solutions for All Technical Questions
- Liaison between customers and the back office
requirements
- Ideally, you have successfully completed an apprenticeship in a technical field and have experience with (cleaning) robotics.
- You are willing to travel extensively throughout Germany—up to 5 days a week
- You havestrong communication skills
- You're no stranger to self-directed work
- High level of self-motivation combined with an independent and structured approach to work, as well as a customer- and solution-oriented mindset
- You have a valid Class B driver's license (or higher)
