Tasks
- Creating and maintaining maintenance and repair plans in SAP
- Compilation of technical information from standards, maintenance specifications, documentation, and materials provided by specialist planners
- Transferring Data from Excel and Other Sources into SAP-Compliant Structures
- Maintenance and Quality Assurance for Master Data and Maintenance Schedules
- Coordination with specialist planners, clients, and internal departments
- Support for the Standardization and Digitization of Maintenance Processes
requirements
- Basic technical knowledge, ideally in the field of building systems engineering
- Proficiency in MS Excel and IT systems; knowledge of SAP is a plus
- A structured, meticulous, and persistent approach to work
- Ability to process large amounts of data with a focus on quality
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach
