Machine Operators for CNC Long-Turn Lathes (e.g., Citizen, Star)

Tasks

• Independent operation and adjustment of the machines according to specified settings
• Responsibility for quality assurance and quality control of the parts produced in compliance with the requirements
• Proper Use of Contour, Roughness, and Optical Measurement Systems
• Autonomous error detection and correction, as well as verification of the effectiveness of the measures taken
• Performing simple maintenance tasks to ensure smooth operation

requirements

• Experience operating CNC vertical lathes and/or CNC/cam-controlled multi-spindle machines
• Technical understanding and a passion for precision work
• A strong commitment to quality and proficiency in using standard testing and measurement methods
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and in quality assurance
• German language skills B1
