Job description
We are seeking a Sales Associate (m/f/d) for our client's location in Niepars through direct placement to work in the pickup store and perform administrative tasks.

Tasks
- Technical customer support, sales, and distribution of products in the plumbing, heating, and HVAC sectors
- Processing of inventory orders while taking MRP lists into account
- Handling Complaints and Returns
- Responsibility for product displays and promotions
- Picking and Storing Goods Ordered for Pickup
- Taking on additional administrative tasks, such as creating and editing reports
requirements
- Completed business training, e.g., as a wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d), as well as professional experience in business
- Ideally, expertise in plumbing, heating, and HVAC
- Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and a confident demeanor
- Technical expertise combined with the ability to work independently and reliably
- Team spirit and a service-oriented mindset and approach
- Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
- Willingness to work two shifts (7 a.m.–4 p.m. and 11 a.m.–8 p.m., Mon–Fri)
- A forklift operator's license is an advantage for occasional work in a warehouse
