Hourly wage with industry surcharge:
- Starting wage: 21.00 euros
- 21.71 euros after three months
- 23.52 euros after five months
- 27.14 euros after seven months
- 28.08 euros after nine months
- 30.89 euros after fifteen months
Tasks
- Check orders and consignment goods for completeness and accuracy, and replenish any missing items
- Check materials for feasibility, identify bottlenecks, and provide the necessary tools and gauges
- Assemble mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and electronic assemblies according to drawings and manufacturing instructions
- Perform wiring according to the production plan and use measuring and testing equipment for interim and final inspections
- Conduct quality inspections, correct defects or perform rework, and document inspection results
requirements
- Completed training as a mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic (m/f/d), or in a comparable metalworking trade (m/f/d)
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to work confidently with technical drawings and manufacturing documents
- Careful and quality-conscious way of working
- Fluency in German for confident communication in everyday work situations
- Reliability, the ability to work well in a team, and a willingness to work extra hours on Saturdays from time to time
