• Manufacturing and Installation of Formwork and Scaffolding Systems
• Reinforcement work and installation of reinforcing bars
• Concrete Placement and Compaction
• Surface Treatment and Post-Treatment of Concrete
• Compliance with safety regulations and occupational safety measures

• Completed vocational training as a reinforced concrete worker (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
• In-depth knowledge of the manufacture and installation of reinforced concrete components
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and plans
• Safe Use of Common Tools and Machinery in Reinforced Concrete Construction
• Ability to work in a team and independently
