Tasks
- Providing telephone support to customers and prospective customers for both inbound and outbound calls
- Expert advice on auto leasing, contracts, and financial services
- Handling customer inquiries by phone and email
- Preparation of transfer offers and contract information
- Support for Contract Renewals and Follow-On Leases
requirements
- Enjoy interacting with people and working on the phone
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Service- and customer-oriented approach
- Previous experience in customer service, a call center, or an office setting is a plus
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Confident Use of the PC and MS Office
