Shift Supervisor (m/f/d) - Quality Control Division, Automotive Sector

Job description

Do you have experience in quality control and want to take on responsibility in production? For our location in Grünheide, we are looking for a dedicated shift supervisor (m/f/d) for quality control in the automotive sector.

You serve as the liaison between the production and inspection teams, monitor quality and processes, and ensure that inspection plans, work instructions, and quality standards are consistently followed.

Tasks

• Providing technical leadership and coordination for a team
  Ensuring compliance with test plans, work instructions, and quality standards
  Assisting with visual and functional inspections of vehicle parts and components
  Monitoring test processes and ensuring they run smoothly
  Recording, evaluating, and communicating test results
  Working closely with team leadership and other on-site contacts
  Identifying and reporting quality deviations

requirements

• Experience in quality testing or quality assurance, ideally in the automotive industry
  Initial experience in leading or coordinating a team
  Willingness to work a 3-shift schedule
  Good English skills
  Class B driver’s license required
  A sense of responsibility and a reliable work ethic
  Assertiveness and a passion for teamwork
