Do you have experience in quality control and want to take on responsibility for a team? We are seeking a dedicated team leader (m/f/d) for quality control through our staffing services for our client in the automotive industry in Grünheide .

You will be employed directly by our client and will take on a position of responsibility at the intersection between shift management and the inspection team. In this role, you will oversee quality, processes, and compliance with established standards.

Tasks

• Technical leadership and coordination of the inspection team
  Ensuring compliance with inspection plans, work instructions, and quality standards
  Assisting with visual and functional inspections of vehicle parts and components
  Monitoring inspection processes and ensuring they run smoothly
  Recording, evaluating, and reporting test results
  Working closely with shift supervisors and other on-site contacts
  Identifying, documenting, and reporting quality deviations
  Taking responsibility for a key area within quality testing

requirements

• Experience in quality testing or quality assurance, ideally in the automotive industry
  Initial experience in the technical leadership or coordination of a team
  Willingness to work a 3-shift schedule
  Good English skills
  Class B driver’s license
  A sense of responsibility and a reliable work ethic
  Assertiveness and a passion for teamwork
