• Packaging and Preparing Goods
• Picking Orders According to Specifications
• Sorting and Inspecting Goods
• Assistance with general tasks in the warehouse and packaging areas
• Compliance with Work and Safety Instructions
• Integration into existing workflows

requirements

• Good physical resilience
• Willingness to perform physical labor and stand for extended periods
• Basic knowledge of German and the ability to understand simple German work and safety instructions
• Reliability, punctuality and a sense of responsibility
• Motivation and willingness to learn existing work processes
• Previous experience in packaging, order fulfillment, or warehousing is a plus, but not required
