Immediate start; long-term position with the possibility of a permanent role after a short period

Tasks
- Plant Monitoring: Monitoring and controlling automated production systems
- Process Assurance: Ensuring smooth, continuous, and efficient operations
- Maintenance: Performing minor mechanical repairs after completing training
- Documentation: Collecting and Reporting Relevant Production Data and Information
requirements
- Experience in production and working shifts is a basic requirement
- Education: Successful completion of a technical vocational training program lasting at least 2 years is highly desirable
- Alternatively: Substantial, multi-year hands-on experience as a plant operator in a comparable industrial facility
- Shift Availability: Unrestricted availability to work in a fully continuous shift system.
- Written and spoken German language skills
- Driver's license and vehicle are mandatory
- Ability to work as part of a team, a sense of responsibility, and absolute reliability
