Building Technician (m/f/d)

We're looking for a new team member for our building management team in Saarbrücken!
As one of the leading service providers in the field of professional property management, our client ensures every day that buildings function optimally and that tenants feel completely at home. For the comprehensive management and technical maintenance of a modern commercial property in Saarbrücken, we are seeking a dedicated, technically skilled, and reliable building maintenance technician (f/m/d) to start as soon as possible in a permanent, full-time position.

Tasks

• Repairs & Maintenance: Performing minor repair and maintenance work in and around the building, as well as minor repairs in the rental units
• Technical Inspection: Monitoring and inspection of building systems.
• Service Provider Support: Overseeing and coordinating external maintenance companies.
• Outdoor Areas & Maintenance: Cleaning and waste disposal tasks, as well as the upkeep of outdoor facilities. 

requirements

• Completed training as an electrician (m/f/d) or similar
• Experience: Professional experience in commercial real estate or building management is preferred.
• Skills: Technical understanding across various trades and manual dexterity.
• IT & Driver's License: Basic PC Skills (MS Office)
• A Class B driver's license and your own car are required
• Soft skills: Ability to work independently, reliability, teamwork, and good manners.
