Tasks
- Professional Setup of Injection Molding Machines and Robot Peripherals
- Planning, Implementation, and Acceptance of Renovation Projects
- Troubleshooting, Optimization, and Ensuring the Production Process Runs Smoothly
- Sample testing of new in-mold labels, masterbatches, or base materials
- Daily Maintenance of Production Equipment
- Order Processing and Acting as the Shift Supervisor's Substitute
- Ensuring occupational safety, hygiene, and quality standards
requirements
- Completed vocational training as a Process Mechanic in Plastics and Rubber Technology (m/f/d) or comparable technical training
- Experience in the Job Profile
- Knowledge of injection molding machines is a plus
- Knowledge of automation is desirable
- Experience with multi-level and two-component tooling technology is preferred
- Proficiency in using a computer (Microsoft Office 365)
- Very good knowledge of German
- Willingness to work shifts
- An independent, meticulous, and team-oriented approach to work
