Tasks

• Starting Up and Setting Up Machines
• Move to reference points
• Operating machines
• Changing Tools
• Perform dimensional corrections
• Handling of Test and Measurement Equipment
• Read drawings

requirements

• Completed vocational training in a technical field (e.g., industrial mechanic (m/f/d), machine and plant operator (m/f/d), or machining mechanic (m/f/d))
• Experience in CNC milling: at least 1 year of professional experience; 5 years is preferred
• Proficiency in the use of measuring instruments
• Proficiency in reading drawings
• From Verteil:
  – Independent creation of CNC programs
  – Programming skills in Siemens 810/840 and Heidenhain
  – Proficiency with SolidWORKS and SolidCAM
  – Experience creating small models
  – Experience in tool selection
  – Tool setup
  – Machine setup 
• Passenger Car Driver's License and Mobile
• On-call duty in 2- or 3-shift schedules; however, only 2-shift schedules are planned for the time being
