Tasks

• Assembly, Wiring, and Testing of Control Cabinets According to the Electrical Schematic
• Electrical Installation of Machinery and Equipment (Sensors, Actuators, Drives, Safety Technology, Bus Systems)
• Commissioning in conjunction with PLC programming, I/O checks, and troubleshooting
• Maintenance, Troubleshooting, and Repair of Existing Systems
• Inspections in accordance with DGUV Regulation 3 and DIN VDE, with documentation
• Updating Circuit Diagrams When Changes Are Made (Revision)
• Plant Retrofits and Expansions

requirements

• Completed training as an electronics technician specializing in industrial engineering or automation technology, a mechatronics technician, an industrial electrician, or a comparable field
• Ability to read electrical schematics; knowledge of EPLAN is a plus
• Experience in control panel construction and in the installation of machinery and equipment
• Basic knowledge of PLC technology (e.g., Siemens S7 / TIA Portal) for signal tracing and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of the relevant standards and regulations (DIN VDE, DGUV Regulation 3)
• A meticulous, independent work style and a systematic approach to troubleshooting
• Class B driver's license
• Willingness to perform occasional installation assignments
