Tasks
- Assembly, Wiring, and Testing of Control Cabinets According to the Electrical Schematic
- Electrical Installation of Machinery and Equipment (Sensors, Actuators, Drives, Safety Technology, Bus Systems)
- Commissioning in conjunction with PLC programming, I/O checks, and troubleshooting
- Maintenance, Troubleshooting, and Repair of Existing Systems
- Inspections in accordance with DGUV Regulation 3 and DIN VDE, with documentation
- Updating Circuit Diagrams When Changes Are Made (Revision)
- Plant Retrofits and Expansions
requirements
- Completed training as an electronics technician specializing in industrial engineering or automation technology, a mechatronics technician, an industrial electrician, or a comparable field
- Ability to read electrical schematics; knowledge of EPLAN is a plus
- Experience in control panel construction and in the installation of machinery and equipment
- Basic knowledge of PLC technology (e.g., Siemens S7 / TIA Portal) for signal tracing and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of the relevant standards and regulations (DIN VDE, DGUV Regulation 3)
- A meticulous, independent work style and a systematic approach to troubleshooting
- Class B driver's license
- Willingness to perform occasional installation assignments
